P.S. 94 Annex.
In 2000, MPC arranged for a former Montefiore office building at 361
East
Gun Hill Road to be converted into an annex for nearby PS 94.
With the help of SEEDCO, a not-for-profit intermediary, the building
was renovated into five
kindergarten classrooms for the severely overcrowded school.
