MPC owns and maintains quality, sustainable, affordable housing in the Norwood neighborhood surrounding the Moses campus of Montefiore Medical Center. In partnership with local developers, MPC develops additional housing units in other neighborhoods surrounding Montefiore facilities in need of safe, low-income housing. Sustainable, affordable housing is a key component to community health.
